Abstract

This report outlines a qualitative review of MAPS comprising an analysis of academic and grey literature, a critical reading of organisational structure, processes and policies, and an analysis of survey data from 49 participants working in roles aligned with MAPS. The research design responds to the stated aims of the review, these including the identification of the current environment within which MAPS operates, comparison with other jurisdictions and ‘best practice’, and consideration of its future operations.
