New skills for a new world? Why we all need to learn cultural agility

Abstract

With the legal landscape and workplace environments evolving more rapidly than ever before, the next crop of lawyers will need particular skills to thrive in a profession that looks much different than it used to. Cultural agility will be one of the most important traits in our next generation of lawyers, according to Professor Tania Leiman.
