Abstract

The qualification and knowledge of basic managerial aspects, on the part of entrepreneurs, are factors that foster the growth and development of companies. The incubator implementation project helps companies succeed in their venture, thus helping the sustainable growth of the business by offering a management structure and transferring knowledge and technology from teaching institutions to companies that are part of the incubator programs. incubation. Companies in general have a reduced life expectancy due to the lack of technical support and business opportunities that contribute to their growth. In view of this, it is necessary to create mechanisms that can increase the life expectancy of companies and expand business opportunities in Goiás, thus contributing to regional and national growth and development. Support for enterprises, through the implementation of incubators, offers companies support to develop their activities, collaborating for their success.
