Research output: Chapter in Book/Report/Conference proceedingChapterpeer-review

Abstract

This chapter probes why Les Mills created standardized choreography and probes its consequences on organized fitness cultures. Further, the arrival of ‘Les Mills On Demand’ requires an understanding of digital leisure (studies), deterritorialized media and what it means to be ‘fit’ in a time of panic capitalism after the Global Financial Crisis and Covid-19.
