    Abstract

The distal biceps tendon may be afflicted by a spectrum of pathologic conditions. Complete tears are well documented; however, enthesopathy, tendinosis, and partial tears are less defined with controversy regarding diagnosis and treatment. The aim of this chapter is to describe the pathologic conditions that affect the distal biceps and provide guidance regarding their management.
