Abstract

This volume composes the proceedings of the Eleventh International Conference on Genetic and Evolutionary Computing (ICGEC 2017), which is hosted by Fujian University of Technology and is held in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, on November, 6–8,2017. ICGEC 2017 is technically co-sponsored by Springer, Fujian Provincial KeyLaboratory of Big Data Mining and Applications, Fujian University of Technology, National University of Kaohsiung, Harbin Institute of Technology, National Kaohsiung University of Applied Science, and VSB-Technical University of Ostrava. It aims to bring together researchers, engineers, and policymakers to discuss the related techniques, to exchange research ideas, and to make friends.
