Abstract
This Volume highlighted the recent advances in the development of variousaggregation-induced emission (AIE) systems, including traditionaltetraphenylethenes based, 9,10-distyrylanthracene based, salicylaldehyde Schiffbased, and multi-phenyl-substituted pyrrole based AIE systems, and systems withextended π-conjugations to those even without typical AIE chromophores.
