Abstract
The multitude of the issues to be dealt in a country with regard to traffic is growing, threatening the lives of people on road, wasting economic resources, and reducing productivity. Among these issues, are the breaking of traffic rules for personal advantages, unmanaged traffic congestion, vehicles without meeting the standard to run on public roads, and unsafe drivers behind the wheel are to name a few. However, many have brought solutions that are greatly localized, costly and does not provide enduring solution to the increasing issues on the road. Further, these solutions cannot get integrated with human life in one go, due to high learning curve involved. Thus, we introduce a design of a system that integrates vehicles, drivers, behaviours, roads, routes, traffic control systems and the legal system, which is real-time, rapidly responsive, adaptive, pragmatic, predictive of issues and take corrective actions to bring immediate as well as enduring effects to make the societies safer.
