Abstract
This regional graphic exhibits the spatial distribution of advanced manufacturing in Australian sub-state regions. For the visual presentation of the geography of the sector, we calculated regional economic complexity which is higher in regions in greater state capital city areas, illustrating a clustered effect similar to the patterns of localisation found in other developed economies.
