Abstract

The Private Mental Health Consumer Carer Network (Australia) Ltd has been very pleased to be the project manager of a critical demonstration project undertaken by Ramsay Healt hCare (SA)Mental Health Services to test the applicability of the Practical Guide for Working with Carers of People with a Mental Illness[hereafter ‘the Guide’] in the private psychiatric hospital setting. We are grateful to Ms Carol Turnbull (CEO) for her willingness to be involved and thank her staff who completed the surveys and e-learning module.
