Abstract
Although recent scholars have claimed that Lego is ‘one of the most studied cultural artifacts in history’, Tracey Williams’s Adrift: The Curious Tale of Lego Lost at Sea is surely the most significant treatment of Lego as a specifically maritime cultural phenomenon.
