Abstract
Dear Members,
Welcome to the September 2022 issue of the College Communique. I know it has been a busy time for most of you, so I hope you enjoy your newsletter with a well-earned break. The continuing impost of COVID-19 and its accompanying pressures on health care systems here and globally increases the work of nurses across all employment sectors. Nurses working in the frontline, management, education and research form the backbone of every health system. Supporting each other now more than ever is important, as we care for the children, young people and families who rely on us to advocate on their behalf.
