It is with great pleasure that the editorial team presents the special section of the Australasian Marketing Journal, containing a selection of the best papers presented at the 2012 Australia and New Zealand Marketing Academy (ANZMAC) Annual Conference in Adelaide, South Australia. The ANZMAC 2012 conference was hosted by the School of Marketing and the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute of the University of South Australia, a return after the University hosted the conference in 2003. There were 410 delegates from various institutions around Australia, New Zealand and beyond.
