Abstract
A 55-year-old man presented to the sleep clinic for evaluation of possible sleep-disordered breathing. This was in the context of a 3-year history of poor sleep. He reported symptoms consistent with both initiation and maintenance insomnia. He reported excessive daytime sleepiness, with frequent short naps across the day. He was also informed by his family that he snored heavily in sleep. His Epworth Sleepiness scale was 20/24...
