Abstract
THE delivery of social services is changing. Examples of this include the emergence of market-based systems with the introduction of consumer-directed care for older Australians and the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
Changes are occurring in the social housing sector, including innovative thinking about financial models and products, and we continue to see large-scale reform of social service systems such as child protection and homelessness, both nationally and globally.
