Abstract
DASSA commissioned NCETA in April 2019 to undertake a mid-term review of the Strategy. The full terms of the review were to:
• Review the progress of government agencies in implementing actions identified in the Strategy
• Identify and make recommendations regarding opportunities to enhance the implementation of the Objectives and Actions of the Strategy in consultation with nominated members
• Attend the September 2019 Steering Group meeting to present the findings of the review
• Produce a written report that incorporates the results of both the quantitative and qualitative data considered during the review.
