Abstract
Wrist stiffness poses a significant clinical challenge characterized by restriction of wrist mobility that impacts daily activities. Understanding wrist stiffness is imperative for clinicians to optimize patient outcomes and restore functional wrist mobility. This review explores the etiology, pathogenesis, classification, and approach to treatment of wrist t stiffness.
