Abstract
Survivorship is a recognized phase in the head and neck cancer (HNC) care continuum. Many factors can have a negative influence on survivors of HNC and their quality of life from the point of diagnosis, through treatment, and in the short and long term following treatment. As such, there is increased awareness within clinical teams of the importance of both identifying and appropriately managing any factors that can impact a patient’s well-being to optimize survivorship.
