Abstract

In August 2022 a team of evaluators from CSI Flinders and CSI UWA launched the final evaluation report of the Aspire program. As described in another article in this edition, the Aspire program is an intensive case management program for people experiencing chronic homelessness in Adelaide, with operating funds for the model originally derived through a social impact bond (SIB), the first homelessness SIB in Australia.
