    Abstract

The present invention relates to a method of regulating cell expression. This method has the ability to modulate cell expression, leading to a level of nucleic acid activity and / or concentration in the cell sufficient for the activity and / or concentration of the microRNA within the cell to result in regulating cell expression. The method includes a step of introducing a nucleic acid having a target into a cell, wherein the nucleic acid includes a target site for microRNA binding.
