Abstract

Introduction and objectives:  Studies of late treatment-related toxicity following radiotherapy for prostate cancer are mainly from high volume single institutions and the incidence remains under-reported. Hence, we determine and compare the 10-year cumulative incidence of genitourinary (GU) and gastrointestinal (GI) toxicity in patients with prostate cancer treated with either external beam radiotherapy (EBRT) or radical prostatectomy (RP).
