    Abstract

    The ultimate application of personalised medicine is to tailor care to the disease(s) that this person has The right intervention for the right patient at the right time. To date, the tools and data to support such thoughtful practice are limited, but with rapidly expanding data systems, and changing clinical trial paradigms, new opportunities to improve care using existing therapies are emerging.
